Competency Trainer
บริษัท แอมเวย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด- Develop training courses for soft skill that match with Amway Business Owner (ABO) needs (Tailor-made).
- Arrange and facilitate the soft skill training workshop for ABO throughout the country.
- Co-develop the soft skill training course with external expertise from time to time.
- Arrange a special workshop by inviting the external guest speaker to train the leaders about some special topics in order to strengthen their knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, or any related fields with experiencing in competency training area.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage the assigned project in timely basis.
- Good personality with effective inter-relationship skills.
- Well-organized and task prioritizing.
- Good spoken and written in Thai and English skills.
