Successful candidates will be responsible for operating Call Center/ Customer Service teams; monitoring the teams' performance, reviewing report the ensure that the teams manage to deliver satisfying service, setting productivities target for the teams, working closely with Manager on any concerning issues.

Age between 30 - 40 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields
At least 5 years of experiences in Call Center or Customer Service working fields from Automotive or Leasing business
