Technical Support Engineer

- Logging and Tracking the details of Customer Requests and problems as cases.
- Responsible in own case, follow up status, progress to users, and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
- Support user requests that were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
- Provide reports to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests.
- Others assigned by supervisor and project manage.
- Age between 25 – 36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- Experience between 3-5 years. (New graduated is welcome)
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Support or related field.
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office365 administration and troubleshooting
- Operation system (Windows client/server, Linux, VMware) administration and troubleshooting
- Network administration and troubleshooting.
- Antivirus Solution, Administration and troubleshooting
- Good command of English.
- Able to On-Site in upcountry. (Sometimes)
- Able to work in shifting and flexible schedule.
