ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co – ordinate between staff, MD, Directors and Department Leaders
• Follow up any tasks assigned by MD, Directors and Department Leaders
• Scheduling appointments
• Check Letter & Fax In, Out
• Business Letter Writing and translate documents
• Categorize and filing documents that sort by company
• Take notes and make presentations for meetings
• Air ticket and VISA work for foreign visiting
• Receive and move calls
• Coordinate with office staff and messenger at SIL and JTC and factory
• Coordinate with juristic
• Manage upkeep of office premises
• Other tasks as given by management
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Organize in some special function
