? Work with recruiting partners and hiring managers to identify job description and skill gaps; support candidate selection through sourcing, panel interviews, offer package support, on boarding, relocation
? Act as trusted adviser with leadership on organizational design, and change management; develop talent through people management tools including succession planning, talent development programs, mobility and ensure the seamless on boarding of new employees
? Provide performance management tools to support the workforce continued growth and awareness; coach individuals through the performance improvement process
? Be a go to partner for all things Total Rewards (Compensation, Perks, and Benefits) ensuring seamless, fair, and coach managers on how to address compensation needs
? Educate and equip leaders from your HR experience with knowledge on employment compliance, risks, and benefits of talent decisions while also providing employees with conflict resolution and grievance escalation guidance
? Deploy company surveys, use the data gained from them to analyze trends and make informed recommendations for organizational improvement (turnover, promotions, transfers, engagement, performance)
