1. Manage about documents for office and submit to clients.
2. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
3. Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
4. Supervises and coordinates overall administrative and office activities.
5. Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment.
6. Responsible for arranging internal office moves.
7. Coordinate with all other departments branches for any types of admin support or requirements
8. Assure that all office tasks run effectively and smoothly
9. Perform other duties as requested by Management
