Revenue Management Manager

- Run Pack Price Diagnostics to help identify opportunities
- Populate Occasion Matrix and Align commercial team on current role of packs and white space
- Lead insights projects (Pack U&A, Perceived Value, P3) to facilitate understanding of role of packs
- Mine existing studies and present findings - to key stakeholders - that elevate their understanding on the role of packs
- Facilitate pack price session to develop brief for P3 Study, Pack U&A perceived value
- Engage with Region/Sector/Global and research agency to translate brief into agency proposal
- Oversight field work for P3, Pack U&A Perceived value
- Familiarize with Sector report and download findings to MU audience
- Liaison with Finance/Operation/R&D on Pack Initiatives
- Working closely with Sales and trade marketing on 360 launch program and activation. (Positioning, POS, TV, Incentives, Trade Push)
- Support innovation process for new packs when needed
Trade Spend
- Facilitate Channel and Account Segmentation
- Identify key priorities for investment from model store (space, in-store activities, location etc.)
- Develop spend strategy by sub-segment that maximizes channel/account opportunity and captures investment priorities
- Set Commercial Policy that summaries spend strategy and provide execution guardrails
Mix Management
- Develop with Sales Leaders mix targets by geography/channel to achieve Net Revenue and MC targets
- Review Mix Management Levers and develop mix strategy to achieve targets
- Track execution and course correct when appropriate
Pricing
- Oversights execution of price points in levels of value chains to achieve targeted results
- Manage trade terms by channel and account in adherence with commercial policy
- To manage pricing and discount in system as business competitive requirement
- University graduate in Management or related fields
- At least 8 years' experience in FMCG, full-fledge experience of commercial finance or consumer & customer marketing would be advantages
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good management skill on projects and business partners
- Good people management and coaching skill
