Research & Development Manager
บริษัท มังคิ คิง ฟูด จำกัด• Implement and maintain quality management system, ISO, GMP, HACCP, BRC, Halal and Kosher.
• Develop and improve products according to marketing and company assignment.
• Plan for each product development and process to achieve the goal, liaison with marketing/supplier/government section.
• Manage members in the team to accomplish the goal.
• Develop formulation based on trends and customer needs.
• Involve in production and operation processes.
• Work with sales team for technical inquiries and projects.
• Initiate proactive research projects by analyzing healthy food and market trends.
• Provide technical tools with sales team (Expertise, Concept Building, Demo Samples, Presentation, etc.)
• Control all of new products development compliance with food safety, regulations and consumer
requirements.
• Support technical training courses and seminars as required.
• Other tasks as assigned by MD.
• B. Sc. Food technology, Food Science and Nutrition or other related fields.
• More than 5 years experiences in food manufacturing is preferable.
• Strong project based in food manufacturing with industry level.
• Competence in English and Chinese.
• Advance computer skills.
• Passionate about food.
