Online Marketing Communications
ธนาคารซีไอเอ็มบี ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)- Develop and manage online communications plan including efficient budget allocation.
- Enhance CIMB THAI brand awareness in assigned online channels.
- Oversees assigned social media platforms to facilitate actions and right content to each channel.
- Initiate corporate or marketing campaign in social media
- Manage end-to-end process with BUs, IT, agencies and related stakeholders to achieve campaign’s objective and business KPI.
- Work with media agency to blast out online contents and engage with the target.
- Provide advice on online media plan to team, BUs and subsidiaries.
- Monitoring media performance as plan.
- Monitor and analyze consumer perception regarding CIMB Thai brand on assigned online channels and social listening tool, especially on the bank’s social media.
- Coordinate with related Business Unit to seek appropriated answer of consumer’s query.
- Do monthly report and recommend trend and digital solution on assigned online channels.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Arts or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years direct experience in online communications field, familiar working with advertising & media agency and coordinating a full spectrum of online integrated communications and branding programs.
- Demonstrate competency in project management and operations, preferably in Banking industry.
- Strong experience in Social Media Channel Management & Online Media Planning.
- Experience with website design, search engine optimization & marketing, display advertising and mobile advertising and managing third-party providers of online communications.
- Be able to work individually as well as a teamwork and create supportive working environment.
- Creative, Proactive, Attentive to detail
- Good at verbal and written English.
