Key Account Manager (Sales)

Job scope:
- Responsible for products
- Allocate sales budget to Local Account Executive and Customers in assigned areas.
- Follow up closely the performance of Local Account Executive in the assigned areas to ensure targets achievement.
- Create customer business plan.
- Manage Out of stock
- Monitor and evaluate promotion.
- Conduct business review every quarter by customer.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with the owners/ buyers of the Local Key Account stores for further reference.
- Ensure share of shelf space including SKUs compliance in store and branch.
- Follow up competitors’ activities and market movement or problem reporting to Group Key Account Manager for reaction.
- Handle sales forecast figures for monthly and weekly basic to have adequate stocks to sell.
- Prepare any reports related to sales performance by submit and report to Regional Sales Manager.
- Able to negotiate with Local Key Account stores in the proper way.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experiences, preferably in sales of Fast Moving Consumer Goods, with 2 year experience in sales management
- Hard-working, self-disciplined, and positive working attitude
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business functions.
- Willing to work under pressure and business dynamic change.
- Energetic, having self-motivation & willing to work with team
- Good command of both Thai & English in speaking, reading, and writing
- Possess valid driving license and able to travel upcountry
- Able to travel to upcountry.
