1.Age 25-40 years old.
2.Bachelor in relatives fileds.
3.Leadership skills and emotional maturity.
4.friendly and clear communication skill
5.Good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing both in Thai and English.
6.Work in quality field 3 years and above Supervisor and above position at least 2 years
7. Experience in the field of factory
