• Lead and coach customer team at site. • Drive for customers’ ranking and satisfaction to be top 2 ranks. • Drive company’s revenue achievement against the target • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. • Define and communicate customer service standards • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery • Review customers’ hot buttons to be resolved on time manner • Track customers’ hot buttons resolution • Manage customer escalation to resolve customer issues if any. • Manage and guide team on demand change management through Anaplan • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers of their respective accounts/Sales region to understand the business requirements and expectation. • Co-ordinate and support customer service projects and initiatives. • Develop strategic customer Service support solutions to achieves customer loyalty and growth in revenue from existing customer base. • Identify and address staff training and coaching needs. • Host Customer visits and Quarterly Business Review meetings. • Manages alignment of customer and factory expectations to achieve best customer satisfaction indices with optimum factory support
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Science or related field. • Over 8 years’ working experiences in Customer Service and 5 years in management level • Good command in English both written & spoken. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Good in PC skill (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) • Preferably with production & materials planning knowledge in relevant industries.
