Responsibilities

Job purpose

Oversee the administration and execution of the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talents.
Manage and implement employee development programs to enhance workforce skills and career development.
Assist management in developing and refining salary structures, compensation, and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness, fairness and ensure alignment within TBSC 4GCs.
Support the design and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
Oversee workplace safety, health, and security programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Ensure HR operations run effectively to support business objectives.

Main responsibility

Provide timely support and responses to management to achieve business goals.
Oversee manpower planning to ensure adequate staffing across all departments.
Advise and collaborate with line managers to address HR issues and implement effective solutions.
Manage HR-related budgets and expenses to maximize efficiency.
Oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits and employee development training.
Monitor and analyze labor costs including overtime to optimize workforce efficiency.
Supervise and guide team members to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Manage annual HR budget in alignment with company goals and policies.
Support regional projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compensation & benefits management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (minimum TOEIC score 800)
Ability to collaborate with management and employees to drive HR initiatives effectively.
