Green Earth Power (Thailand) “GEP” Company Limited is a subsidiary of three well-received publicly listed entities in Thailand. GEP is a developer the 220MW Solar in Minbu, Myanmar, which is one of the largest single site solar farm in Southeast Asia. The company was first established to become a major player in Power & Utilities industry of Myanmar. Our long-term goal is to become Asia’s leading power and utilities developer. The company is currently looking for a full-time professional to join our growing business activities. This is a role that will offer our candidate an international exposure to business disciplines in Energy sector outside Thailand.
Basic Function: Company Secretary and Investor Relations position is accountable for reporting to the investor the performance and progress of the company’s project, including, organizing the Board of Directors Meeting, taking minute and organizing and maintaining corporate documents. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, as well as, monitoring and presenting to the management the opinions of the investment community regarding the company's announcement.
