Origin Property Public Company Limited was established in 2004. We begun our business as a Service Apartment Developer. In 2010, we decided to expand the business into a property development which focuses on condominium development for sales in Greater Bangkok. Since then, the company has extensively expanded the business with great success. All of our project are high–potential locations, set closed to Skytrain routes which offers great travelling conveniences and greater value to customers both for living and investing.

Origin Property Public Company Limited(“Origin Property”) is an integrated property development company with four subsidiaries which are directly held by Origin Property to complement to the company’s core business. Our subsidiaries’ business covers all related property service businesses including property asset management, brokerage services, sales, lease management and consultancy. Our group of companies is not only increasing customer’s satisfaction and expanding our sources of recurring incomes but also allowing us to capitalize upon the database to further improve our property development projects corresponding to the market demand.
