We are looking for a highly motivated person to be part of our support team providing level 1 and 2 support services to our regional clients. Client sites are situated around the world and range from 5 to 200 users, using our industry leading business application. This exciting and varied role will involve utilizing your support and IT Skills to help with a variety of issues. Some of the role will involve creating reports and documents for different areas of the business application using Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office.

The position will suit a person with experience in an IT support role but who is looking to expand their horizons in a growing company. The role is largely internal but it is possible there may be occasional travel within Thailand and overseas. The ideal candidate would have strong technical skills and a passion for IT. An exposure to a help desk environment and report writing tools, especially Crystal Reports, would be an advantage.
