President Bakery Pcl., a subsidiary food company of Saha Group, was founded by Dr. Thiam Chokwatana. Food division of Saha Group is one of the highly successful and well accepted in the market with products such as Mama instant noodles and Nissin biscuits. Both products use wheat flour as their main raw material. As a result, it implies to an expansion in bakery business simply because wheat flour can still be used as main raw material.

Thus, President Bakery Co., Ltd. was established in 1980 with the objective of manufacturing and distributing bakery products of international standard under the brand name 'Farmhouse'
