Backed by Pattaya Realty Co., Ltd (since 2001) - Thai City Realty Co., Ltd. was established in March 2013 specifically to target the fast-growing Chinese market for real estate in Thailand. Initially focusing only on Pattaya, the company expanded quickly, opening an office in Bangkok in November 2013, Chiang Mai in May 2014 and finally Phuket in December 2014.
Thai City Realty spends more on online marketing in China than any other real estate agency, receiving several hundred qualified Chinese leads each month.
In addition to it's core Chinese market, also markets extensively to other key markets in South East Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Australia.
