จัดตั้งขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 9 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2555

เป็นบริษัทในเครือ MDx Holdings Thailand ซึ่งมีบริษัทอยู่ในกลุ่มดังนี้ MDx, Bangkok Molecular Genetics โดยที่บริษัท เซิร์ฟ ไซเอนซ์ จำกัด  ดำเนินธุรกิจนำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ น้ำยา เครื่องมือทางการแพทย์และวิทยาศาสตร์  โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพจากประเทศในกลุ่ม อเมริกา ยุโรป  เป็นต้น เน้นกลุ่มงานวิจัยในมหาวิทยาลัย โรงพยาบาล หน่วยงานราชการ บริษัทเอกชน
