Pacific Fish Processing Co., Ltd. is Thailand’s leading fully-integrated food business specializing in the production of frozen seafood and a wide array of processed value-added products made from fish paste, widely known as Surimi (Minced Fish Meat). Founded in 1984, the company began exporting only Surimi to various countries in Asia and Europe. 

Owing to continued growth and development in overseas seafood markets, the company had invested in several new facilities to create a whole range of value-added seafood products using Surimi as main raw material.  These products, known as Kamaboko, included already familiar products such as the Imitation Crab Stick, Chikuwa, Oboro  Tsuki, Seaweed Roll, Fish Tofu and Imitation Crab Claw.  And in response to growing consumers in Thailand who became more discerning and perceptive to the significant benefits derived from seafood consumption, the P.F.P. Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 to meet the increasing demand of domestic consumers.
