Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Be responsible for all aspects of assigned OD/HRD projects
- Work closely with HR team and management other departments in order to improve work relationships.
- Be the contact point of the Learning Management System and ensure the system work properly
- Be a trainer to conduct Orientation Training, Company Rule, and small group training
- Develop the learning handouts, instruction material, media, aids, or manuals as required (Online & Offline)
- Prepare training administrative and handle document process (training material via PowerPoint, training place, participants, etc.)
- Prepare a related training report.
- Facilitate and support employee engagement activities to enhance the company’s culture
- Support all aspects of assigned OD/HRD projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Art, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years or more experience in HRD or OD
- Ability to create charts and tables in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experienced in recruitment function.
- Enthusiasm, Creative, Positive Thinking, and Good Human Relations
- Interpersonal & presentation skill is required.
- Having knowledge in Computer graphic design / Video editing is advantageous.
