Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ และวางกลยุทธ์ การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามแนวทางการบริหารขององค์กร
- สื่อสารกับพนักงาน สร้างความเชื่อมั่น และเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมขององค์กร
- ควบคุม กำกับ ดูแล และตรวจสอบ ให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท โดยไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายใต้ผลประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อองค์กร
- การบริหารพนักงานกลุ่ม talent ,succession planning
- สรรหา และคัดกรอง พนักงานที่มีศักยภาพและทัศนคติที่ดี ตรงกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร ด้วยวิธีการสรรหาที่หลากหลายและเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน
- กำหนดอัตรากำลังพลที่เหมาะสมแต่ละส่วนงานและเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่แต่ละฝ่ายกำหนด
- งานด้าน ER , Engagement & Activities
- ตรวจสอบ รายงานค่าจ้างการจ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงานให้ถูกต้อง
- ร่วมประเมินและกำหนดเกณฑ์ประเมินผลงาน เพื่อการปรับค่าจ้างและโบนัส ให้เหมาะสม ยุติธรรม และเป็นไปตามผลงานของพนักงานแต่ละบุคคล
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Requirements
เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 25- 33 ปี
จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล สาขาบริหาร การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ในสายงาน HR อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น
มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร
มีืทักษะด้านการทำรายงานและนำเสนอ
