Responsibilities

- จัดทำระบบเอกสารระเบียบการปฏิบัติงานและการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท

- ทวนสอบแผนอัตรากำลังคนประจำปีและติดตาม

- ทวนสอบการคิดค่าตอบแทนส่วนรายวันและรายเดือน

- ทวนสอบแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปีและติดตาม

- ทวนสอบแผนแรงงานสัมพันธ์ประจำปีและติดตาม

- ทวนสอบผลการดำเนินงานของแต่ละเดือน และติดตาม

- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือนและทุกส่วนงานของฝ่ายบุคคลธุรการส่งให้กับผู้จัดการฝ่าย

Requirements

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา ทรัพยากรบุคคล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคลมาอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป

- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
