Responsibilities

- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของบริษัทฯ และมาตรฐานของระบบ GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 และ HALAL

- ควบคุมยอดการผลิต ประสิทธิภาพของการผลิต (% Yield) และปริมาณของเสียให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์กำหนด

- ควบคุมปัจจัยการผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับแผนการผลิต

- ควบคุมกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับการผลิต

- รายงานปัญหาระหว่างการผลิตต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาและแก้ไขปัญหาขั้นต้น

- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้


Requirements

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 0 - 1 ปีขึ้นไป

- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
