Responsibilities:
• Manage, planning and develop system of HR Department.
• Overall monitor Policy, Rules & Regulations and Labour Laws.
• Management The company policy all rules and practices to meet the standards of labor law and other relevant laws.
• Manage and initiate an attractive benefits. (Compensation & Reward Management)
• Management Consultant Relations to senior management and Welfare Committee to communicate useful information on the management of labor relations.
Qualifications
• Male / Female , Age 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource function and at least 4-5 years in Human Resource Manager level.
• Good knowledge of employment and labour law,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and responsive, good analytical skill, leadership with high management
• Result-oriented and Self-motivated with good team spirit
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good relationship, intelligence and problem solving skills.
