1. Strategic & Commercial Execution
- Implement monthly commercial plans for Shopee and Lazada in alignment with brand and business objectives.
- Manage platform spending effectively to meet budget and ROI goals.
- Support sell forecasting with relevant data and insights.
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions to boost visibility and conversions.
2. Campaign & Platform Operations
- Execute end-to-end marketplace campaigns, mega sales, and tactical activities.
- Coordinate with platform representatives to secure visibility and exclusive opportunities.
- Handle daily operational tasks related to product listing, content updates, and promotional setup.
3. Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, traffic, units sold, and basket size.
- Analyze campaign and commercial performance to provide actionable recommendations.
- Highlight underperforming areas and support corrective action plans.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (Fulfillment, Marketing, Finance, Brand, IT) to ensure alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform KAMs and eCommerce partners.
- Ensure smooth operations and inventory readiness for all campaigns.
5. Inventory & Supply Support
- Track stock levels and coordinate inbound planning with supply teams.
- Ensure healthy inventory availability across all SKUs, especially during peak periods.
- Assist in resolving supply or fulfillment issues quickly.
6. Process Improvement & Support
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and campaign execution.
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, or initiatives to improve performance.
- Contribute to new eCommerce projects or business opportunities as needed.
7. Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the eCommerce team to achieve shared objectives.
- Participate in cross-channel planning when applicable.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for the eCommerce Manager/Lead.
