Senior/Business Development Consultant (Sales Executive)

The Role
As a Business Development Consultant (Sales Consultant), you will introduce BCI's platform Solutions - Lead Manager and our products to prospective clients. Your prospective clients could be global players, market leaders, local businesses, all the way to start-ups – so every day there will be learning involved, every call or meeting fresh and exciting.

Job responsibilities:
  • Focus to generate NEW business for BCI’s project Leads services (Lead Manager) - NO client’s servicing and renewal business involved.
  • Search and identify new potential clients.
  • Perform daily outbound introduction calls to prospect - setting appointments with potential clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit for their business plan.
  • Aggressively follow through with each potential client status and close business deals.
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicator (KPI) & meet sales targets monthly.
  • Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system.

  • Thai citizen
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing new business, corporate sales, or consultative selling.
    • Positive & good work attitude, energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented. Discipline
    • Proven record experience overachieving within a phone sales environment.
    • Experience in B2B, sales base-consultancy
    • Strong negotiation and ability to understand the client’s needs.
    • Must have a learning mindset and truly wishes to be super successful.
    • Knowledgeable about Construction Industry – advantage
    • Good command of English both writing and speaking.
