Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Campaign Planning
Develop annual creative and communication plans for new product launches and key brand campaigns.
Bridge Product and Marketing teams to align product positioning, campaign concept, and communication strategy.
Follow up on campaign execution and post-project evaluation.
2. Creative Asset Development
Lead concept development and brief for key visuals (KV), TVC, social content, and e-commerce materials.
Supervise agencies or in-house teams to ensure creative quality and timely delivery.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing Communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth rollout.
Support integrated marketing communications (IMC) execution across channels.
4. Agency & Partner Management
Manage external partners (creative agencies, production vendors, KOLs) for creative output and campaign execution.
Monitor timeline, cost, and quality of creative production.
5. Creative Trend & Content Innovation
Research local market trends and competitor activities to inspire new creative ideas.
Propose innovative collaborations or storytelling initiatives with platforms, creators, or media.
