Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Prepare and review daily journal entries and accounting adjustments.
Perform account reconciliations (bank, accounts receivable, accounts payable) and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare and review tax filings and liaise with the Revenue Department to ensure compliance.
Prepare annual budgets and monitor monthly budget vs actual performance.
Prepare and reconcile asset reports for management and audits
Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting-related matters.
Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and issue resolution.
Handle additional tasks assigned to support the finance function.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (NPAE or TFRS).

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience in audit coordination and tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns and reports.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
