- Exp 3yrs+ in Helpdesk, Service desk or end-user support role.
- In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs and hardware.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and task management software.
- Experience in Web server and cloud technologies (Office 365, Azure, AWS)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good commend of spoken and written in English, require TOEIC 550 score
