- Develop non-motor insurance products and formulate pricing strategies that align with customer needs and the company’s business direction
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify new market opportunities for product improvement and development within the non-motor insurance segment
- Manage underwriting processes and related activities in compliance with the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC) policies and other applicable regulations
- Communicate underwriting insights and product performance effectively with related teams through reports and progress tracking to ensure business standards are maintained
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with both internal and external stakeholders, including Actuarial, IT, Operations, and the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), to ensure successful project delivery
- Evaluate underwriting performance and continuously identify opportunities for product enhancement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in non-motor insurance product development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in drafting and reviewing policy wordings
- Strong understanding of non-motor insurance regulations and the ability to apply them effectively to business operations
