- Taking care of existing clients regarding sales target and after sales service
- Manage sales team, monitor sales documentation, stocks levels and purchase orders
- Coordinate with factory for effective production planning
- Coordinate with R&D for continuous developing new products
- Increase sales volume from existing customer
- Manage and provide OJT (On-the-Job Training) for team members
- Manage budgets and monitor progress for each key account
- Prepare and execute sales plans and forecasts
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a food manufacturing company
- At least 1 year of practical experience in a managerial position
- Sales experience in retail, restaurants, and processing factories
- Work experience at a Japanese company is preferred
- Strong skills in strategy planning and team management are highly valued
