- Develop and expand export markets by targeting potential international customers through various methods and channels, such as Cold Calling, online platforms (LinkedIn, Alibaba, Amazon), Email Marketing, and Social Media to effectively reach target customers.
- Strategically plan and execute proactive sales and marketing initiatives to boost sales and expand the customer base, emphasizing digital channels and online platforms.
- Communicate, negotiate, and manage relationships with international clients and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities in export markets.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and present sales development strategies to management, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance and refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Oversee export documentation processes to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment that meets customer requirements.
- Explore and introduce new sales channels to expand customer reach and increase sales, such as E-commerce, Online Marketplaces, B2B Platforms, and Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM) to effectively penetrate international markets.
- Represent the company in building networks and developing business relationships in international markets, focusing on online channels and virtual meetings instead of relying on participation in overseas trade exhibitions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of import-export processes, international trade regulations, and Incoterms is an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel abroad for client meetings.
