1. การประสานงานภายในและภายนอก
- ทำหน้าที่ประสานงานระหว่างทีมขายกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เช่น การเงิน กฎหมาย การตลาด และปฏิบัติการ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าและพาร์ทเนอร์ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผน
2. การจัดการเอกสารและข้อมูลการขาย
- จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย เช่น สัญญา ใบเสนอราคา ใบแจ้งหนี้ และเอกสารวางบิล
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารและข้อมูลก่อนส่งต่อให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเก็บและบริหารข้อมูลลูกค้า สัญญา และไฟล์เอกสารตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
3. การติดตามงานด้านการเงินและบิลลิ่ง
- ติดตามสถานะการวางบิล การชำระเงิน และประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเอกสารการเงิน
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลด้านบัญชี–การเงินเพื่อให้บิลลิ่งถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
4. การสนับสนุนทีมขายและการนำเสนอข้อมูล
- สร้างและจัดเตรียม Presentation, Proposal และเอกสารประกอบการขาย
- สนับสนุนการทำแคมเปญโฆษณาและการส่งมอบงานให้ลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขาย รายงานลูกค้า และข้อมูลวิเคราะห์เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
5. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากทีมขายและผู้บริหาร
Qualifications:
- Age between 28–35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
- Strong passion for coordination and teamwork
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
