Responsibilities
1.Develop and oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
2.Manage workforce planning to align with company policies, ensuring effectiveness and adherence to established standards.
3.Oversee labor relations to achieve company goals, maintaining efficiency and compliance with defined standards.
4.Supervise administrative tasks to meet company objectives, ensuring efficiency and compliance with set standards.
5.Standardize recruitment processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
6.Manage performance management, promotions, and transfers in accordance with company policies.
7.Administer and adjust compensation structures for the head office and factories, ensuring alignment with company 8.policies and current market conditions to maintain competitiveness.
9.Prepare the annual budget to align with the company’s goals and policies.
10.Provide consultation on organizational structure, job descriptions (JD), and other HR-related tasks to various departments.
11.Perform other assigned tasks.
