- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Identify trends, platform updates, and opportunities to grow brand visibility.
- Plan content calendars and roadmaps across all platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, Youtube).
- Lead the social media team to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated campaigns.
- Oversee creative direction, ensuring consistent brand identity.
- Manage and approve content production (photos, videos, live streams, short-form content).
- Monitor engagement, audience sentiment, and platform performance.
- Optimize platform strategies to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitor online conversations and handle potential issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Proven experience leading and developing a social media team.
- Strong understanding of platform analytics, content trends, and campaign optimization.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media is a strong advantage.
- Passionate for football or sports is a plus.
