In this role, you will be part of the Cloud Solutions Sales Team, driving the growth of AWS Public Cloud business for enterprise customers by delivering a full range of services including Cloud Solutions, Cloud Management Services, and Cloud Billing Services to address every aspect of customer needs. You will work closely with technical teams, solution specialists, and global partners to help organizations transition to the cloud efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively.
This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between cloud technology and business objectives, requiring both technical understanding and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, billing, and usage reports with accuracy, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure MSC’s cloud solutions deliver maximum value to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development for AWS within the enterprise customer segment, covering both existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored proposals that include Cloud Solutions, Cloud Management Services, and Cloud Billing Services to best fit each business.
- Collaborate closely with technical and solution teams to develop and deliver Technical Proposals, Quotations, and Statements of Work (SoW) that align with customer business objectives.
- Provide initial consultation to customers on Cloud Migration, Performance Optimization, and Cost Management to ensure efficient cloud adoption and utilization.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline systematically from opportunity creation, proposal presentation, to deal closure ensuring effective progress at each stage.
- Monitor and manage customer Billing Usage accurately and in compliance with agreed service terms and conditions.
- Work collaboratively with Cloud Partners (AWS) and marketing teams to plan go-to-market strategies, sales campaigns, and participate in AWS-led marketing or partner enablement programs.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud trends and technologies to continuously enhance knowledge and apply it effectively in sales activities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services or solution expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, finance, and post-sales support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
