Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations.
Act as a key person in the project team to plan and implement new products and features which meet a business requirements from differenct stakeholders.
Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
Arrange and coordinate approval process to execute business requirements with IT management.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
Completes projects by coordinating resources, timetables, and determine feature priorities from stakeholder inputs.
Support project management and development team with agile process.
Act as the product owner to the scrum team and also maintainproduct backlog and coordinate updates to every stakeholder about on coming feature releases.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
Validate new product features or enhancements in the pre-production environment and be accountable for the production validation test.
Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Report product related activities and development on a regular basis to senior management.
Prepare product documentation, user manuals and training sessions for other team members and business partners.
Support business development team with the product information and consultation.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field.
Highly passionate attitude to product development and payment industry.
Solid experience in payments/e-Commerce/financial/fintech firms and related industries is preferred.
Able to communicate with development teams and stakeholders in variable countries.
Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
Working knowledge of and experience in Agile.
5+ years of working experience as product owner, product manager, business analyst, project manager or any relevant title.
Proven track record of clients' project deliveries would be an advantage.
Experience knowledge of JAVA, Oracle, Tomcat, Web Application, Network Security, Internet Certification would be a plus,
Excellent written and communication in English.

Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
