Finance Officer

Overseas Payments

• Process overseas vendor payments, verify documents, and prepare payment instructions.
• Coordinate with banks for international remittances.
• Communicate with overseas vendors regarding payment matters.

Reporting & Reconciliation

• Prepare bank account balance reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations before monthly closing.
• Reconcile withholding tax between system records and e-Filing.

AP Support & Vouchers

• Calculate and record withholding tax for AP transactions.
• Prepare debit memos, AP vouchers, and bank charge vouchers.

Tax Preparation & Filing

• Prepare supporting documents for PP.36 and PND.54.
• Submit PP.36 and PND.54 via e-Filing.
• Request withholding tax certificates (Ro.01), print 50Tawi, and distribute to affiliates.
• Review WHT in the Non-Trade system.

Documentation Management

• Maintain vendor payment documents and withholding tax files.
• Keep documents related to PP.36, PND.54, and bank WHT certificates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Payable or Tax.
• Good in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
• SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
• Good command of English.
