• Selling company’s Fragrances to both current and prospective buyers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process including fragrance sales brief.
• Develop various strategies to drive sales to meet target.
• Create and develop a good customer base.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with Clients.
• Account and revenue generation.
• Inform Clients of all promotional deals, new products and updates.
• Correspond professionally with foreign counterpart
• Provide and maintain timely and accurate market intelligent reports on pricing, sales and activities of competitors.
• Promote creation and development process of active and proactive initiatives in Home/Fabric/Air care categories
• Work together with marketing teams to identify olfactive trends and turn them into concrete fragrance solutions.

Job Position: Business Development Manager (Fragrance)
We are seeking an experienced Fragrance Sales Manager to spearhead the development of our business in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fragrance sales, excellent knowledge of the Thai market, and a proven track record of establishing and expanding market presence.
Key duties and responsibilities
1. Market Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy for the fragrance products in Thailand.
2. Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing partnerships, and expanding the customer base.
3. Distribution Network: Build and manage a network of customers across Thailand to ensure wide product availability.
4. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and partners to drive business growth.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our fragrance products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients, partners, and customers.
7. Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and recommendations to senior management, demonstrating progress toward market development objectives.
9. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for Thailand, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Business Management/Marketing skills relative to fragrance
• Good understanding of fragrance for Thailand Markets and worldwide trends
• Possess excellent management and administrative abilities with proficient skills in executing fragrance evaluation processes
• Proven experience in fragrance sales, with a successful track record of market development and expansion.
• Have a creative personality and should be able to develop new and unique fragrances using his expertise and knowledge in this field
• Possess great skills to exhibit proficient communication skills
• Be a self-starter and independent worker with an ability to work under pressure
Preferred Skills:
• Previous professional experience in Fragrance Sales Development in a Fragrance House
• Studies related with Fragrances will be extremely valuated
