ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
- ช่วยเหลือในการวางแผนและดำเนินงานตามโปรแกรมการตลาดการค้า รวมถึงโปรโมชั่นในร้านค้า การจัดแสดง และกิจกรรมต่างๆ
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและการจัดจำหน่ายสื่อ ณ จุดขาย (POS)
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดและการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของกิจกรรมการตลาดการค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย โลจิสติกส์ และทีมภายในอื่นๆ
- จัดการงบประมาณและติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมการตลาดการค้า
- จัดทำรายงานและการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับโครงการริเริ่มด้านการตลาดการค้า
- เยี่ยมชมร้านค้าปลีกเพื่อตรวจสอบการดำเนินงานและรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงลึกของตลาด
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ขายและเอเจนซี่
- สนับสนุนทีมด้วยงานธุรการ
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade marketing programs, including in-store promotions, displays, and events.
- Support the development and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing activities.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and other internal teams.
- Manage budgets and track expenses related to trade marketing activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on trade marketing initiatives.
- Visit retail outlets to monitor execution and gather market insights.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors and agencies.
- Support the team with administrative tasks.
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสนใจอย่างมากในด้านการตลาดและอุตสาหกรรม FMCG
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีทักษะการจัดองค์กรและการบริหารเวลาที่ดี
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office Suite (โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint)
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของทีม
- พูดภาษาไทยได้ดีและมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English.
