Responsibilities

Plan, organize and set monthly/weekly/daily production plan and delivery plan, allocate resources and communicate effectively.
Monitor and adjust plan (production plan and delivery plan) to ensure optimal production and meet delivery time.
Organize, manage and responsible for overall warehouse effectiveness included material handling activities (Warehouse , Forklift, Re-packing).
Manage warehouse space, identify safety stock and control inventory to ensure that stock level remain adequate.
Analyze and develop the effeciency of warehouse management process and system.
Plan route and monitor transportation activities for on time delivery and have highest efficiency in order to prevent the mistake and lost.
Monitor and control expense of warehouse, re-packing and transportation for cost effectiveness.
Update and inform job progression for involved divisions/department in order to increase teamwork efficiency in organization.
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulation, HSE guidelines, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

Age 22 - 30 Years
Bachelor’s degree in Logistic , Engineer , Business Admin or other relevant field.
Good communication in English , (TOEIC score is advantage)
Experience in Logistics field is advantage
Proficent in MS Excel , Scientific decision making
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Team player mindset , Communication and coordinate skill
Leadership skill , Can do it ! Attitude
Strong organaizational and time management skill , with the ability to manage multiple tasks priorities simultaneously
