Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Sales Officer is responsible for managing and driving online sales through platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, JD Central, TikTok Shop, and the company website. This role ensures accurate product information, excellent customer service, effective coordination with warehouse and delivery teams, and the execution of promotional campaigns to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Update and maintain product information, images, prices, promotions, and stock levels accurately and timely.
Respond to customer inquiries, manage orders, and oversee the process through after-sales service.
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure efficient customer service.
Support promotional activities and campaigns on various online platforms.
Prepare sales reports and propose improvement plans to the supervisor.
Monitor and study E-Commerce market trends regularly.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales, or Digital Marketing.
Knowledge and hands-on experience managing online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, JD Central, TikTok Shop, and company websites.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Skilled in managing product data, including updating prices, stock, promotions, and images.
Able to coordinate effectively with warehouse and delivery teams.
Strong analytical skills to prepare sales reports and propose improvement plans.
Keen interest in following E-Commerce trends and continuously improving online sales strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and online sales management tools (e.g., Excel, ERP).
