Warehouse Operation Officer

• Conduct warehouse inventory checks to achieve stock accuracy according to set targets.
• Prepare and manage operational reports for both internal and external clients.
• Monitor and control the performance of service providers to maintain customers’ service levels and meet company standards.
• Handle invoice billing to customers once service orders have been fully delivered.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping industry, or import-export cargo is an advantage.
  
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  
• Computer literacy.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, including working overtime, with a strong work ethic.
