Responsibilities

ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ เสาร์ที่ 1 และ 3 ของเดือน เวลา 9.00-18.00 น. | 💼 Full-time

1.ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อวางแผน ออกแบบ และก่อสร้างสาขาใหม่ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน

2.ทำงานร่วมกับ จป. เพื่อให้งานสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย

3.ตรวจสอบ อนุมัติแบบงาน และควบคุมคุณภาพงานก่อสร้างให้เสร็จตามแผนเวลา

4.ติดต่อประสานกับผู้รับเหมาและซัพพลายเออร์ เช่น ระบบครัว ระบบดับเพลิง และงานระบบอื่น ๆ

5.ร่วมงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีและฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างรองรับการใช้งานจริงและการบันทึกสินทรัพย์

6.รายงานความคืบหน้าและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร

Requirements

1.วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา สถาปัตยกรรม หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี และเคยดูแลตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนแล้วเสร็จ

3.มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในธุรกิจ ร้านอาหาร อย่างน้อย 3 ปี

4.มีความรู้ด้านงานโครงสร้าง ตกแต่งภายใน และงานระบบ (MEP / Retail)

5.ใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ Microsoft Dynamics 365 ได้

6.เป็นคนมีความรับผิดชอบ รอบคอบ ทำงานเป็นทีม และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
