Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Manage export shipments at Bangkok Port, including BOI, Bonded, and Free Zone privileges.
Oversee customs clearance and coordinate with freight forwarders and warehouses; prepare shipping and customs documents.
Resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, and export operations, including urgent, short lead-time, and irregular orders.
Serve as the primary contact for customer service, coordinating with purchasing, sales, and external parties.
Lead and monitor daily operations of the team, minimizing escalations to upper management.
Support supply chain setup for new and existing customers in collaboration with Sales and Purchasing.
Analyze forecast discrepancies and manage purchasing plans accordingly.
Generate operational reports including slow-moving items, sales performance, and freight costs.
Approve freight and warehouse invoices; follow up on payment issues such as overdue balances and credit/debit memos.
Act as escalation point for delivery issues and seek cost-effective shipping solutions.
Negotiate logistics and warehouse costs with external partners.
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Finance, QA, BOI) and participate in ISO meetings.
Manage stock levels in Vietnam and Philippines warehouses; address slow-moving or dead stock issues and overstock situations.
Control invoicing processes for domestic and overseas customers.
Monitor staff performance and recommend salary adjustments and bonuses.
Coach and develop the customer service team under company strategy and training plans.
Handle insurance claims for shipment loss or damage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in export management and supply chain operations.
Experience working with government authorities (e.g., tax privileges, customs formalities).
Strong background in coordinating with customer service, both internal and external
Proficient in Oracle systems and Microsoft Office, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot table formula)
Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communication skill both English and Thai (TOEIC score 750+ preferred)
Soft Skills: Leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure
Able to work at office 100%, Sathorn, Bangkok Area
