Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of goods from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and facilitate the purchasing process

• Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including contracts, invoices, and payment schedules

• Monitor supplier performance, negotiate terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimice transportation and distribution of purchased items

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations governing purchasing activities

• Coordinate with 3rd Party Logistics providers and monitor customs import and export operations.

• Operate and follow up ordering process, delivery process,

• Cooperate with warehouse and related party in each process of working.

• Verify import and export documents for accuracy and completeness

• Design transportation routes and coordinate with logistics providers

• Optimize logistics and transportation procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Prepare accurate and timely reports for upper management.

Requirements

o Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

o Good command of English, both spoken and written

o At least 2–5 years of experience in logistics or indirect purchasing

o Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

o Able to work effectively under pressure

o Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

o Positive thinking and good communication skill
