Finance Manager

1. Compliance and Reporting

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as tax filing

-Prepare timely financial statements and reports in accordance with applicable guidelines

-Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits

2. Financial Planning and Analysis

-Develop and manage financial forecasting models

-Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management

-Prepare comprehensive reports on financial performance and trends

3. Budget Management

-Oversee the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets

-Ensure adherence to budget and analyze variances

-Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improve efficiencies

4. Cash Flow Management

-Monitor cash flow and develop strategies to optimize liquidity

-Manage funding requirements and relationship with financial institutions

-Oversee leasing transactions and ensure accurate and timely billing

5. Team leadership

-Supervise and mentor finance team members

-Foster a collaborative and high performance culture within the finance department

-Provide training and support to team member as needed

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA preferred)

-Minimum of 5 years experience in finance with at least 2 years of managerial role, preferable in leasing or financial services industry

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
