- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure continuous equipment performance.
- Manage the requisition, verification, and acceptance of electrical spare parts.
- Instruct and supervise maintenance teams during preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Monitor and control maintenance performance indicators to meet operational standards.
- Support equipment renovation projects and follow up on new electrical engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documents, reports, and records.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles.
- Understanding of industrial automation and control systems.
- Familiar with electrical and electronic hardware components.
- Experience in electrical system design, installation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in computer usage and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
