- Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to ensure stable and efficient production
- Oversee mass production molds and track progress of trial mold maintenance
- Manage daily operations within the mold workshop, including mold usage, accessories, and material requisitions
- Lead the implementation and improvement of mold workshop systems
- Coordinate new mold introduction, participate in pre-trial production, and support evaluation and acceptance processes
- Maintain technical documentation, monitor mold performance, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with the company’s information security management system and report any violations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an injection mold engineer or supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, plastic/polymer materials, and related equipment
- Skilled in troubleshooting and fixing injection molding machines and molds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a proactive mindset
